CKD GALBRAITH is an independent property consultancy specialising in serving the needs of private clients. With principal offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth, Inverness and Ayr, our partnership provides the full range of property consulting services across the commercial, residential and rural sectors throughout Scotland.

Our partnership was formed through the merger of CKD Finlayson Hughes and Cluttons (Scotland) in April 2003.The combined knowledge, expertise and experience of both firms – each enjoying long-established reputations for quality service – created a national partnership with unrivalled local knowledge. We also enjoy a successful relationship with our associate firm in London, CKD Kennedy Macpherson.

Our personnel hold qualifications in all relevant areas of practice and include professional members in the rural, general practice and building surveying divisions of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Members of the Institution of Chartered Foresters, agricultural arbiters and individuals specialising in disciplines ranging from crofting to commercial asset management.

While CKD Galbraith has roots reaching back to the turn of the last century and prides itself on traditional values, it is an innovative and progressive partnership with a clear focus on modern business needs. We have 14 members and a dedicated staff of 108 providing surveying, management and estate agency services.
